Attention to basic eating guidelines is strongly encouraged. We recommend a "Paleo Diet" for optimal health and wellness.

6:30, 7:30. SeniorFit @ 11:00 (MWF only)

PM Classes:

4:30, 5:30, 6:30.

By Appointment Only:

10:00am-4:00pm.

Saturday:

AM classes (no PM classes):

8:30, 9:30.

The classes will start with strength and finish with conditioning. If you only want to do strength or conditioning know that we'll be doing conditioning following strength.
