How do I start?
If you have at least some barbell experience you are welcome to come and try a class. If you are completely new to working out and/or using barbells, we prefer that you contact us directly to set up two personal training sessions that are included in your first month of training to cover the basics. Email, text, call or show up.
Am I too out of shape to start?
No. Don't be silly. It's this mindset that has you in the condition you are today. Knock it off.
