MWF @ 7:30pm. (We can schedule other times if needed). We will go over the foundations of human movement in these classes so you will be ready for the regular classes. We will learn to squat, deadlift, press, run, row, pull, push and eat.

Cost is $20 for the week or free with 3 month commitment ($280)
